Высшее образование (биологическое, медико-биологическое, биотехнологическое, биохимическое) Опыт подбора праймеров. Уверенные знания основ молекулярной биологии и биохимии. Умение анализировать результаты. Аккуратность, внимательность к деталям, Готовность к обучению новым технологиям и методикам. Умение самостоятельно планировать/анализировать эксперименты. Знание и умение проводить ПЦР детекцию в режиме "реального времени", выделение ДНК/РНК различными методами. Знание лабораторного оборудования. Обязанности: разработка наборов реагентов для выделения нуклеиновых кислот из различных матриц разработка ПЦР тест-систем и ОТ-ПЦР тест-систем (SARS CoV2, FLU A/B, дизайн и оптимизация наборов для количественной оценки микроРНК) разработка набора реагентов для выявления А1 и А2 аллелей гена бета-казеина КРС разработка инструкций по применению к наборам реагентов разработка инструкций по контролю качества (входной контроль качества сырья, контроль качества готовой продукции) разработка наборов реагентов для выделения нуклеиновых кислот из агарозного геля, наборов реагентов для очистки ПЦР-смеси, наборов реагентов для выделения плазмидной ДНК разработка наборов реагентов для выявления остаточных количеств ДНК (определение контаминации) и нуклеаз внесение технологических карт в 1С. разработка протоколов тестирования обратной транскриптазы и полимеразы собственного производства.
