Перед началом работы проверить свое рабочее место, выяснить техническое состояние оборудования и приспособлений, на котором предстоит работать (грузоподъемный механизм (ГПМ), управляемый с пола, сверлильный станок, пресс гидравлический, шансовый и слесарный инструмент, измерительные приборы и т.д.). Проверять исправность оборудования на соответствие техническим условиям, предусмотренным в инструкциях завода-изготовителя, и пригодность к дальнейшей работе, в случае выявления неисправностей сообщать непосредственному руководителю и устранить. В процессе выполнения работы осуществлять контроль за состоянием оборудования и коммуникаций посредством визуального осмотра. В процессе работы вести наблюдение за исправностью вверенного оборудования, инструмента и при необходимости производить регулировочные работы оборудования в соответствии с техническими условиями, предусмотренными в инструкциях по эксплуатации оборудования завода-изготовителя. Выполнять ремонт легковых, грузовых, специальных грузовых автомобилей и самоходных машин. Оказывать помощь в диагностике (дефектовке) неисправностей водителям и машинистам. Выполнять разборку, ремонт, сборку сложных агрегатов, узлов и приборов и производить замену их при техническом обслуживании. Выполнять крепежные работы резьбовых соединений при техническом обслуживании с заменой изношенных деталей. Проводить техническое обслуживание, резку, ремонт, сборку, регулировку и испытание агрегатов, узлов и приборов транспортных средств средней сложности. Проводить планово-предупредительный ремонт с составлением и заполнением дефектной ведомости. Определять и устранять неисправности в работе узлов, механизмов, приборов транспортных средств Производить ремонт рукавов высокого давления (далее РВД) с применением обжимных станков. Выявлять и устранять дефекты, неисправности в процессе регулировки и испытания агрегатов, узлов и приборов транспортных средств (далее ТС) Производить разбраковку деталей после разборки и мойки.

Имеющее квалификационное удостоверение по указанной профессии. Лицо, не моложе 20 лет, опыт работы не менее года в области ремонта транспорта.
