The posting

1.Обеспечивает технологическую поддержку стабильного, непрерывного и эффективного производственного процесса в соответствии с утвержденными рецептурами и производственными планами. 2.Принимает все необходимые меры по обеспечению качества выпускаемого продукта на всех этапах производства, его соответствие нормативной документации, утвержденной руководителем предприятия. 3.Разрабатывает нормативно-техническую документацию (Технологические инструкции) для существующей и новой продукции и согласовывает с руководителем отдела контроля качества и начальником производства. 4.Контролирует соблюдение нормативных показателей по ходу технологического процесса, полуфабриката и готовой продукции. 5.Контролирует нормы расхода сырья, полуфабрикатов, вспомогательных материалов для производства в соответствии с рецептурами. 6.Анализирует причины брака и выпуска продукции низкого качества, принимает участие в разработке мероприятий по предупреждению и устранению брака, а также в рассмотрении поступающих рекламаций на выпускаемую предприятием продукцию. 7.Участвует во внедрении новых видов продукции, рецептур, оборудования. 8.Участвует в разработке нормативно-технической документации (Технических условий) для существующей и новой продукции.

Высшее технологическое или специальное пищевое образование и стаж работы по специальности не менее одного года, желателен опыт работы на производстве, знание особенностей и структуры пищевых производств, имеющее навыки работы с компьютерными программами (Windows, Word, Excel, Access).
