. Разрабатывать и принимать участие в разработке документов правового характера. Осуществлять методическое руководство правовой работой в организации и оказывать правовую помощь её структурным подразделениям. Участвовать в подготовке обоснованных ответов при отклонении претензий, подготавливать с участием подразделений учреждения материалы о хищениях, растратах, недостачах, выпуске недоброкачественной, нестандартной продукции и иных правонарушениях для передачи их в арбитраж, следственные и судебные органы, осуществлять учет и хранение находящихся в производстве и законных исполнением судебных и арбитражных дел. Участвовать в разработке и осуществлении мероприятий по укреплению хозяйственного расчета, договорной, финансовой и трудовой дисциплины, обеспечению сохранности собственности учреждения, по борьбе с растратами и хищениями. Анализировать и обобщать результаты рассмотрения претензий судебных и арбитражных дел, а также изучать практику заключения и использования договоров с целью разработки соответствующих предложений об устранении выявленных недостатков и улучшении хозяйственно-финансовой деятельности учреждения. В соответствии с установленным порядком оформлять документы о привлечении работников к дисциплинарной и материальной ответственности. Принимать участие в работе по заключению договоров, подготовке заключений об их юридической обоснованности, рассмотрение вопросов о дебиторской и кредиторской задолженности. Контролировать своевременное поступление справок, расчетов, объяснений и других материалов для подготовки ответов на претензии. Подготавливать совместно с другими подразделениями предложения об изменении действующих или отмене утративших силу приказов и других правовых актов, изданных в учреждении. Вести справочно-информационную работу по законодательству и нормативным актам с применением технических средств, а также учет действующего законодательства и других нормативных актов, поступающих на отзыв, а также разработке предложений по совершенствованию деятельности учреждения. Проводить работу по правовой пропаганде, ознакомлению должностных лиц учреждения с нормативными актами, относящимися к их деятельности, и об изменениях в действующем законодательстве. Давать справки и консультации работникам учреждения о текущем законодательстве, а также дает заключения по организационно-правовым и другим юридическим вопросам, оказывает содействие в оформлении документов и актов имущественно-правового характера. Выполнять функциональные обязанности по обеспечению контрактной системы.

высшее профессиональное (техническое), высшее образование без предъявления требований и стаж работы в должности юрисконсульта не менее 3-х лет.
