Принимать от пользователей торговых мест наличные и безналичные платежи, выдавать кассовые чеки, оформлять возвраты и отмены операций строго по регламенту работы ККТ. Контролировать правильность сумм, сдачу, подлинность купюр; при выявлении сомнительных/повреждённых купюр действовать по утверждённому порядку (фиксация, акт, передача руководству). Вести кассовую дисциплину: оформлять приходные и расходные кассовые ордера, вести кассовую книгу (или электронный аналог), ежедневно формировать Z‑отчёт (отчёт о закрытии смены). Сверять фактическое наличие денежных средств с данными кассовой программы и ККТ, фиксировать расхождения, составлять акты, немедленно сообщать руководителю. Обеспечивать сохранность денежных средств: соблюдать порядок хранения наличности, использовать сейф/денежный ящик, контролировать доступ к кассе, соблюдать правила закрытия кассы и передачи смены. Передавать выручку инкассаторам либо сдавать в бухгалтерию по установленному регламенту. Контролировать наличие кассовой ленты, исправность ККТ, работоспособность банковского терминала; своевременно сообщать о неисправностях. Участвовать в инвентаризации кассы и ТМЦ (в т. ч. при увольнении как материально ответственное лицо). Соблюдать санитарные и противопожарные правила на рабочем месте, Формировать и передавать в бухгалтерию ежедневные кассовые отчёты, реестры платежей, акты расхождений, документы по возвратам. Взаимодействовать с бухгалтерией по вопросам кассовых документов, по работе ККТ и терминалов,по инцидентам с деньгами. Хранить кассовые документы и носители информации в течение установленного срока, обеспечивать конфиденциальность персональных данных и платёжной информации. Строгое соблюдение порядка приёма‑передачи кассы при смене и при отсутствии (больничный, отпуск, увольнение). Участие в внеплановых и плановых инвентаризациях, подписание актов, объяснение расхождений. Немедленное уведомление руководства о любых рисках утраты/хищения, сбоях учёта, подозрениях на мошенничество.
