Осуществляет разработку маркетинговой политики компании на основе анализа и прогнозирования потребительского спроса Осуществляет внедрение политики по визуальному оформлению магазинов компании на основе инструкций головной компании, находящейся в Стамбуле Руководит проведением исследований основных факторов, формирующих динамику потребительского спроса на продукцию компании, соотношение спроса и предложения на аналогичные виды продукции, технических и иных потребительских качеств конкурирующей продукции Осуществляет контроль за своевременным устранением недостатков, указанных в поступающих от потребителей рекламациях и претензиях, мотивацией определенного отношения потребителей к продукции предприятия Готовит предложения по формированию фирменного стиля предприятия и фирменного оформления рекламной продукции Участвует в разработке инновационной и инвестиционной деятельности, рекламной стратегии, связанной с дальнейшим развитием коммерческой деятельности Обеспечивает рост прибыльности, конкурентоспособности и качества товаров и услуг, повышение эффективности труда Взаимодействует с коллегами из смежных отделов (логистики, финансов) по вопросам маркетинга Взаимодействует с коллегами из центрального офиса компании в Стамбуле на английском и турецком языках по всем вопросам, связанным с маркетингом и визуальным оформлением магазинов. Подготавливает и отправляет отчеты и презентации по маркетингу и визуальному оформлению на турецком языке для головной компании. Руководит работниками отдела маркетинга и визуального оформления.

Опыт работы на руководящей должности в сфере маркетинга и/или визуального мерчендайзинга от 5 лет. Опыт руководства подразделением и координации работы сотрудников отдела маркетинга и визуального оформления. Высшее профильное образование Инструменты продвижения: понимание всех актуальных каналов лидогенерации, digital-маркетинга, PR, SMM и работы с подрядчиками. Знание стандартов визуального мерчендайзинга и развески для непродовольственных товаров Уверенная работа с цифрами, юнит-экономикой, сквозной аналитикой и показателями эффективности (ROI, ROMI, CPL, LTV). Иностранные языки: свободное владение английским и турецким языками (деловая переписка, переговоры, презентации) Знание методологии маркетинговых исследований как качественных, так и количественных, и опыт их проведения и самостоятельно, и с привлечением исследовательских компаний. Знания и опыт практического применения методов прогнозирования продаж, ценообразования, сегментирования покупателей и позиционирования продукции. Опыт организации рекламной и PR-деятельности на предприятии, в том числе применения инструментов трейд-маркетинга. Опыт бюджетирования и контроля исполнения бюджета маркетинговых и рекламных затрат
