требования к образованию и обучению: высшее образование в области информационных технологий (далее - ИТ) или связи или высшее образование (непрофильное) и дополнительное профессиональное образование (программы профессиональной переподготовки) в области ИТ или связи требования к опыту практической работы: не менее 3 лет в области информационных технологий или связи требования к профессиональным знаниям/навыкам: знание основ ИТ и коммуникационных технологий; знание законодательства РФ в целом, в том числе в области организации процесса закупок товаров, работ, услуг; знание законодательных, нормативных актов и других специальных документов, необходимых для работы и регламентирующих область деятельности по своему профилю; знание основ разработки и оформления документации, принципов выбора контрагента, порядка составления и заключения договоров; знание принципов бизнес-планирования, ценообразования, навыки деловой переписки. необходимые навыки: Высокая степень владения административными и коммуникативными навыками; MS Office уверенный пользователь.

Организация и контроль предоставления ИТ-сервиса, услуг связи в том числе: контроль выполнения регламентных работ на оборудовании в своей зоне ответственности участие в разработке архитектуры услуг участие в разработке метрики качества сервисных услуг участие в подготовке РАС на услуги контроль своевременного формирования и исполнения графиков плановых работ участие в разработке организационно-технических мероприятий для выполнения плановых работ участие в реализации технической политики по направлению Связь и инфраструктура организация внесения нового/изменённого ИТ-сервиса в универсальный каталог сервисов (далее - УКС) организация внесения новых компонент ИТ-сервиса в УКС Обеспечение надлежащего учёта и сохранности документов, организация и ведение делопроизводства по направлению Связь и инфраструктура в том числе: ведение документооборота между филиалами по вопросам предоставления ИТ-сервиса ведение документооборота с подрядными организациями и поставщиками по вопросам предоставления ИТ-сервиса ведение документооборота со всеми подразделениями филиала по вопросам предоставления ИТ-сервиса ведение протокола совещаний формирование статистической отчётности и своевременное внесение на ресурс профильных государственных органов
