Анализ действующих технических и организационных мер по защите информации, подготовка предложений по их улучшению; Контроль соблюдения требований законодательства РФ в части защиты персональных данных (152-ФЗ и подзаконные акты); Проведение внутреннего контроля соответствия обработки ПДн установленным требованиям; Выявление несоответствий и участие в разработке корректирующих мероприятий; Мониторинг и сопровождение средств антивирусной защиты; Разработка и ведение организационно-распорядительной документации по информационной безопасности (приказы, положения, журналы); Обеспечение функционирования средств криптографической защиты информации: выпуск и сопровождение электронных подписей; работа с удостоверяющими центрами и Управлением Федерального казначейства; обновление сертификатов ЭП в информационных системах учреждения; установка и настройка сертифицированного ПО для работы с ЭП; Формирование заявок на средства защиты информации, контроль их поставки и использования.

Опыт и знания; Опыт работы в сфере ИТ и (или) информационной безопасности от 1 года; Знание нормативных требований в области защиты персональных данных; Понимание принципов построения и сопровождения систем защиты ПДн; Опыт подготовки или сопровождения документации по ИБ; Высшее образование по направлению Информационная безопасность или смежным специальностям (укрупнённая группа 10.00.00); Высшее образование в сфере ИТ + профессиональная переподготовка по информационной безопасности (не менее 250 часов); Среднее профессиональное ИТ-образование + профессиональная переподготовка по ИБ (не менее 250 часов) и практический опыт работы от 1 года.
