3.1. Слесарь по обслуживанию тепловых сетей обеспечивает исправное состояние, безаварийную и надежную работу инженерных систем, находящихся на обслуживании участка, правильную их эксплуатацию, своевременный качественный ремонт 3.2. Осуществление разборки, ремонта и сборки деталей и узлов санитарно- технических систем теплоснабжения. 3.3. Изучает условия работы данных систем, выявляет причины преждевременного износа, принимает меры по их предупреждению и устранению. 3.4. Принимает участие в ликвидации неисправностей в работе систем, их ремонте, монтаже, регулировке и испытаниях. 3.5. Осуществляет разборки, ремонты и сборки деталей и узлов инженерных систем теплоснабжения. 3.6. Сортирует трубы, фитинги, фасонные части, арматуры и средства крепления. 3.7. Подготавливает вспомогательные материалы. 3.8. Комплектует материалы. 3.9. Сверлит и пробивать отверстия в конструкциях. 3.10. Устанавливать и заделывать крепления под трубопроводы и приборы. 3.11. Соединяет трубопроводы.

2.1. Квалификационные требования: 2.1.1. Образование среднее (полное) общее и соответствующая подготовка по специальности. 2.1.2. Без предъявлений требований к стажу работы. 2.2. Слесарь по обслуживанию тепловых сетей должен знать: 2.2.1. Виды и назначение санитарно-технических материалов и оборудования. 2.2.2. Ассортимент и способы измерения диаметров труб, фитингов и арматуры. 2.2.3. Назначение и правила применения ручных и механизированных инструментов. 2.2.4. Принцип действия, назначение и особенности ремонта санитарно-технических трубопроводных систем отопления, водоснабжения, канализации и водостоков. 2.2.5. Виды деталей санитарно-технических систем, соединений труб и креплений трубопроводов. 2.2.6. Способы сверления и пробивки отверстий. 2.2.7. Устройство и способы ремонта трубопроводных санитарно- технических систем из стальных и полимерных материалов. 2.2.8. Конструктивные особенности, кинематические и гидравлические схемы ремонтируемого оборудования, агрегатов и машин. 2.2.9. Допустимые нагрузки на работающие детали, узлы, механизмы оборудования и профилактические меры по предупреждению поломок, коррозионного износа и аварий. 2.2.10. Способы разметки мест установки приборов и креплений. 2.211. Правила установки санитарно-технических и отопительных приборов. 2.2.12. Правила внутреннего распорядка дня. 2.2.13. Правила и нормы охраны труда и пожарной безопасности.
