Организация хранения, учета и выдачи ценных материалов (пищевой продукции) по меню-требованию. Ведение учетных документов, журналов, ведомостей по расходу и приходу пищевой продукции. Взаимодействие с работниками пищеблока по организации хранения и использования пищевой продукции. Взаимодействия с медицинским работником по контролю качества продуктового сырья. Участие в бракеражной комиссии по оценке готовой продукции. Взаимодействие с поставщиками по соблюдению требований к качеству пищевого сырья, заключению договоров поставок. Составление заявок в адрес поставщиков по поставкам продуктов питания. Взаимодействие с бухгалтерией по учету и контролю наличия пищевой продукции на складе, заключению договоров на поставки пищевого сырья; сверка остатков, предоставление ежемесячного отчета по движению пищевой продукции. Содержание помещения склада в чистоте. Соблюдение СанПиН-ов в рамках хранения и выдачи продуктов питания.
