The posting

Контролирует правильность предоставления государственной социальной помощи и субсидий для возмещения расходов на оплату жилищно-коммунальных услуг отдельным категориям граждан, а также использования средств государственного бюджета, направленных на эти цели. С целью определения состава семьи, степени нищенства и возможностей нахождения дополнительных источников для их существования во время обследования (по согласованию) проводит собеседования с лицами, которые обращаются за назначением социальной помощи, а также с лицами, которые входят в состав семьи, обращающихся за назначением такой помощи. Осуществляет проверки достоверности и полноты информации относительно доходов и имущественного положения упомянутых лиц, которые обращаются за назначением социальной помощи, в том числе и путем посещения места их проживания и работы. Осуществляет корректировку данных получателей адресной социальной помощи, жилищных субсидий, мер социальной поддержки и адресной выплаты в соответствии с методическими рекомендациями и инструкциями Министерства труда и социальной защиты Херсонской области. Осуществляет работу по своевременному ведению личных дел получателей адресной социальной выплаты; Проводит выборочные проверки личных дел получателей социальной помощи по решению руководителя соответствующего органа труда и социальной защиты населения или его заместителя. Составляет акты по результатам проверки с соответствующими выводами относительно правильности назначения социальной помощи. Осуществляет анализ и обобщение причин относительно нарушения законодательных и нормативных актов по вопросам оказания социальной помощи. Обеспечивает качественную и своевременную подготовку ответов на обращения граждан, вышестоящих органов по вопросам предоставления адресной помощи, жилищных субсидий, мер социальной поддержки и адресной социальной выплаты.

Желателен опыт работы в должности специалиста в области социальной защиты населения (в том числе в системе социального обслуживания), образования, здравоохранения, государственного и муниципального управления.
