Сбербанк Премьер это работа с состоятельными клиентами Сбера. Наша команда помогает достичь финансовых целей клиента, делает их жизнь удобнее и способствует развитию деловых связей. Мы ищем менеджера СберПремьер, который заботится о финансовом благополучии премиальных клиентов, помогает экономить время и решает все вопросы в дистанционном формате с помощью аудиозвонка и общения в чате. Эта позиция для тебя, если ты: хочешь работать в направлении Phygital развивающемся и перспективном направлении на банковском рынке работаешь в сфере продаж и обслуживания клиентов в банковской, страховой сфере или готов научиться с нуля получаешь удовольствие от работы с людьми и готов помогать клиентам в решении повседневных задач, связанных с банковскими продуктами и услугами. Тебе предстоит: подбирать продукты Сбера с учетом целей и потребностей клиента (от карты с повышенными бонусами до ипотеки с низкой ставкой) и помогать с их дистанционным оформлением помогать составлять и развивать финансовый портфель клиента и выбирать лучшие инвестиционные решения рассказывать клиентам, как получать больше выгоды, используя персональные предложения, бонусы, скидки и сервисы Сбера напоминать клиентам о необходимости продления вклада, оформления страховок помогать решать возникающие вопросы. Мы ждем от тебя: развитые коммуникативные навыки и навыки ведения переговоров желание выстраивать долгосрочные партнерские отношения гибкость мышления и способность находить лучшие решения с учетом множества вводных данных ориентация на результат, умение управлять результатом умение работать с большими объемами информации финансовая грамотность готовность использовать ИИ в ежедневной работе (обучение за счёт компании есть свои курсы). Знания премиальных банковских продуктов: пакеты услуг, ИИС, ПИФ, ДУ, брокерское обслуживание, ИСЖ, НСЖ - будет преимуществом.
