Мы, клиентоориентированная компания, которая предоставляет высокий сервис даже там, где его никогда не было. Вывоз строительного мусора, погрузочно-разгрузочные работы, продажа и доставка стройматериалов до квартиры, отделочные работы. Верим в то, что делаем, нацелены только вперёд. В связи с открытием новых объектов, в дружный коллектив требуются Администратор, приемщик строительного товара для собственников. Что нужно будет делать Ежедневное взаимодействие с собственниками жилых/не жилых помещений, грузчиками, охраной, клинингом Ежедневный обход паркинга и контроль чистоты Фиксация нарушений правил пользования объектом, инициирование их устранения Консультация собственников помещений ЖК по стоимости платных услуг при обращении (знание прайса) Обработка поступивших заявок по платным услугам от менеджера (получение в группе Tелемост Яндекс 360), организация и контроль их исполнения Руководство грузчиками при разгрузке/погрузке строительных материалов и т. д. Мы ожидаем от кандидата Опыт работы в должности, связанной с выполнением организационно-распорядительных и/или административно-хозяйственных функций Образование не ниже средне-специального Развитые организаторские способности, умение управлять временем, обучаемость, умение определять первоочередные задачи и правильно расставлять приоритеты, серьезность Сконцентрированность на работе, сообразительность, гибкость, результативность, дисциплина, разумная инициативность Будет преимуществом: Опыт работы в ЖКХ или управляющей компании Знание правил и норм эксплуатации зданий Мы предлагаем Зарплата: от 110 000 ₽ на руки (оклад + % от продажи доп. услуг). Выплаты 2 раза в месяц, без задержек График: 5/2, с 09:00 до 19:00 Оформление: по ТК РФ, или возможен ГПХ Поддержка от наставника на этапе вхождения в должность Испытательный срок: 1 месяц Откликайтесь!
