The posting

Осуществляет уход и наблюдает за пациентами на основе принципов медицинской деонтологии. 2.2. Вместе с дежурным врачом принимает пациентов, сопровождает их на все назначенные обследования и размещает в палате, проверяет качество санитарной обработки вновь поступивших. 2.3. Проверяет передачи больным с целью недопущения приема противопоказанной пищи и напитков. 2.4. Участвует в обходе врачей в закрепленных за нею палатах, докладывает о состоянии больных, ведет ежедневно лист противопролежневых мероприятий и карту сестринского наблюдения за больными с пролежнями. 2.5. Осуществляет санитарно-гигиеническое обслуживание физически ослабленных и тяжелобольных. 2.6. Четко выполняет назначения лечащего врача с отметкой о выполнении в листах назначения. 2.7. Сопровождает на обследование больных в диагностических кабинетах, к врачам-консультантам и в лаборатории. 2.8. Немедленно сообщает лечащему врачу, а в его отсутствие заведующему отделением или дежурному врачу о внезапном ухудшении состояния больного. 2.9. Изолирует больных в атональном состоянии, вызывает врача для проведения необходимых реанимационных мероприятий. 2.10. Подготавливает трупы умерших для направления их в патологоанатомическое отделение. 2.11. Принимает дежурство по закрепленным за нею палатам, осматривает помещения, проверяет состояние электроосвещения, наличие жесткого и мягкого инвентаря, медицинского оборудования и инструментария, медикаментов. 2.12. Расписывается за прием дежурства в дневнике отделения. 2.13. Контролирует выполнение больными и их родственниками режима посещений отделения. 2.14. Следит за санитарным содержанием закрепленных за нею палат, ежедневно проводит УФ облучение палат, а также следит личной гигиеной больных, за своевременным приемом гигиенических ванн, сменой нательного и постельного белья. 2.15. Следит, чтобы больные получали пищу согласно назначенной диеты, осуществляет кормление тяжелобольных пациентов. 2.16. Ведет медицинскую документацию. 2.17. Сдает и принимает дежурство по палатам у постели больных. 2.18. Обеспечивает строгий учет и хранение лекарств группы А и Б в специальных шкафах. 2.19. Осуществляет мероприятия по соблюдению санитарно-гигиенического режима в помещении, правил асептики и антисептики, условий стерилизации инструментов и материалов, предупреждению постинъекционных осложнений, гепатита, ВИЧ-инфекции.
