Стратегия и развитие: Формирование и реализация стратегии представительства на российском рынке, вывод продуктов на рынок, развитие каналов продаж (дистрибуция, B2B, государственные и корпоративные заказчики). l Взаимодействие с головным офисом в КНР: Регулярная коммуникация с штаб-квартирой в Китае согласование планов, отчётность, запросы на поставки, ценовая политика, локализация продуктов (ежедневно). Операционное управление: Руководство командами продаж, сервиса, логистики и бухгалтерии. Контроль финансовых результатов представительства, бюджетирование, управление затратами. Продажи и партнёры: Развитие отношений с дистрибьюторами, интеграторами, ключевыми клиентами. Участие в крупных сделках и тендерах. Комплаенс и отчётность: Обеспечение соответствия деятельности российскому законодательству, ведение отчётности перед головным офисом и контролирующими органами. Представительская функция: Публичное представление компании на выставках, отраслевых мероприятиях, в работе с государственными структурами.

Требования: Образование: Высшее (экономика, менеджмент, технические специальности). Наличие MBA будет преимуществом. Опыт работы: От 5 лет в руководящих должностях, из них от 2 лет в роли генерального директора или коммерческого директора. Опыт работы с китайскими производителями или в китайских компаниях обязателен. Языки: Свободное владение китайским языком (C1-C2) - для ежедневной коммуникации с головным офисом, согласования решений в режиме реального времени, работы с внутренней документацией и корпоративной культурой производителя без посредников и переводчиков. Свободное владение русским языком (С1-С2) - для работы с командой и партнёрами. Компетенции: Понимание специфики работы китайских компаний: скорость принятия решений, иерархия, документооборот, деловая культура Опыт управления P L, бюджетирования, отчётности Навыки переговоров на уровне первых лиц, работа с крупными контрактами и тендерами Понимание российского рынка безопасности и нормативного регулирования Личные качества: Ответственность за результат, стрессоустойчивость, умение работать в режиме двойной отчётности (головной офис + российские реалии), готовность к командировкам. Будет плюсом: Опыт в сфере безопасности, СКУД, биометрии, телекоммуникаций, электроники или B2B-оборудования
