В должностные обязанности заместителя Главы города по социальным вопросам входит: 1) организует вопросы разработки и реализации основных направлений единой муниципальной политики и социальных программ в сферах образования, здравоохранения, социальной защиты населения, культуры, молодежной политики, физической культуры, спорта и туризма; 2) обеспечивает контроль за исполнением законодательства по курируемым направлениям в сферах образования, здравоохранения, социальной помощи, культуры, молодежной политики, спорта и туризма; 3) осуществляет в пределах своей компетенции взаимодействие с территориальными органами федеральных органов исполнительной власти, государственными органами Челябинской области и органами местного самоуправления Челябинской области; 4) выполняет и организует выполнение поручений Главы города Троицка; 5) обеспечивает реализацию вопросов организации предоставления дополнительного образования и общедоступного бесплатного дошкольного образования на территории города, а также организацию отдыха детей в каникулярное время; 6) организует вопросы обеспечения санитарного благополучия населения на территории города; 7) обеспечивает реализацию вопросов организации социального обслуживания населения города; 8) контролирует деятельность органов опеки и попечительства; 9) обеспечивает реализацию вопросов организации библиотечного обслуживания, создания условий для организации досуга и обеспечения жителей города услугами организаций культуры; 10) обеспечивает реализацию вопросов созданий условий для развития физической культуры и спорта; 11) обеспечивает реализацию вопросов реализации молодежной политики; 12) обеспечивает реализацию вопросов, связанные с реализацией государственной политики по вопросам межнациональных и межконфессиональных связей и отношений;

Должность заместителя Главы города относится к категории муниципальная служба - знание закона о муниципальной службе, владение навыкми коммуникации, дисциплинированности, умения работать в команде, имеь опыт работы в качестве рукводителя не менее 2 двух лет
