Медицинская сестра по физиотерапии исполняет следующие обязанности: 2.1.1. Организация рабочего пространства и безопасной больничной среды в физиотерапевтическом кабинете: - готовит кабинет к приему пациентов: подготовка к работе аппаратуры, приборов, инструментов, расходных материалов для проведения физиотерапевтических процедур; - осуществляет ежедневный уход и контроль технического состояния аппаратуры для физиотерапии; - строго соблюдает порядок, чистоту в физиотерапевтическом кабинете; - соблюдает своевременность и правила обработки гидрофильных прокладок,наконечников и другого медицинского инвентаря, содержит в исправности медицинское оборудование: проведение дезинфекции использованного оборудования, гигиеническая и термическая обработка гидрофильных прокладок, излучателей, электродов, индукторов в установленном порядке, проведение мероприятий по профилактике инфекций, связанных с оказанием медицинской помощи; - выключает по окончании рабочего дня всю аппаратуру; осветительные и нагревательные приборы, общий рубильник кабинета, проверяет, закрыты ли краны умывальников и водолечебных установок, соблюдает правила техники безопасности. 2.3. Выполнение физиотерапевтических процедур в соответствии с назначением врача-физиотерапевта и (или) врача по медицинской реабилитации с целью профилактики, лечения и (или) реабилитации пациентов с острыми и хроническими психическими заболеваниями, травматическими повреждениями и их последствиями, в том числе в отделении, а в его отсутствие - физиотерапевтические назначения лечащих врачей. - идентифицирует, принимает больного после осмотра его врачом-физиотерапевтом и при наличии процедурной карты, отмечает выполнение процедур, сообщает больному время явки на лечение; - знакомит поступающих на лечение больных с правилами внутреннего распорядка и правилами поведения во время приема процедуры; - определяет очередность больных по отделениям на те или иные виды процедур в соответствии с часами своей работы или работы кабинета; - осуществляет контроль работы аппаратуры и приборов во время проведения физиотерапевтических процедур; - находится постоянно на рабочем месте во время отпуска процедур; - следить за состоянием пациента во время проведения процедуры, осведомляясь о его самочувствии; работой аппарата, показаниями измерительных приборов, сигнальных часов. наблюдение, контроль и оценка состояния и ощущений пациента во время проведения физиотерапевтической процедуры, информирование врача- физиотерапевта и (или) врача по медицинской реабилитации; - прекращает проведение процедуры при ухудшении состояния больного, при необходимости; - оказывает ему первую неотложную медицинскую помощь и немедленно сообщает врачу, а в процедурной карте делать соответствующую отметку; - ведет учет выполненной работы и контролирует получение больными всего назначенного курса лечения.
