The posting

Выполнять физиотерапевтические процедуры по назначению врача . Медсестра проводит только те процедуры, которые прописаны в назначении, строго соблюдая методику и параметры воздействия. Подготавливать пациента к процедуре и контролировать его состояние . Это включает инструктаж о правилах поведения во время сеанса, выявление жалоб, измерение базовых показателей (пульс, давление и др.) до и после процедуры, наблюдение за реакцией на воздействие. Готовить и проверять физиотерапевтическую аппаратуру . Перед работой медсестра проверяет исправность приборов, правильность подключения, заземление, целостность электродов и кабелей, соответствие параметров установки назначению врача. Соблюдать правила эксплуатации и учёта оборудования . Вести журналы технического состояния аппаратуры, фиксировать выявленные неисправности, своевременно подавать заявки на ремонт, участвовать в списании непригодного оборудования. Обеспечивать санитарно‑эпидемиологический режим и инфекционную безопасность . Проводить дезинфекцию и стерилизацию многоразовых элементов (электродов, прокладок и т. п.), обрабатывать поверхности, правильно собирать и утилизировать медицинские отходы, соблюдать правила асептики и антисептики. Вести медицинскую и учётную документацию . Заполнять процедурные карты, журналы учёта проведённых процедур, оформлять отчёты, фиксировать реакции и осложнения, следить за правильностью отметок о выполнении назначений. Хранить и учитывать лекарственные средства и расходные материалы . Следить за сроками годности препаратов, условиями хранения, вести учёт расхода медикаментов и материалов, используемых при физиопроцедурах. Оказывать доврачебную помощь при неотложных состояниях . При ухудшении самочувствия пациента во время процедуры медсестра обязана прекратить воздействие, оценить состояние, применить меры первой помощи и вызвать врача. Проводить санитарно‑просветительскую работу . Разъяснять пациентам правила подготовки к процедурам, особенности поведения после воздействия, меры профилактики осложнений, важность соблюдения курса лечения. Соблюдать нормы охраны труда, пожарной безопасности и внутреннего распорядка . Использовать средства индивидуальной защиты, следовать инструкциям по безопасной работе с электрооборудованием, знать план действий при авариях и чрезвычайных ситуациях.
