Заведующий складом учреждения выполняет следующие обязанности; В соответствии с трудовой функцией приемки и хранения товарно-материальных ценностей; выдачи товарно-материальных ценностей, получение документов на выдачу товарно-материальных ценностей; В соответствии с трудовой функцией создания условий для безопасного хранения и сохранности складских товарно-материальных ценностей; Приём продуктов питания в кладовую пищеблока согласно сделанному заказу, прием товароматериальных ценностей, инвентаря на склад ТМЦ учреждения; Взвешивание продуктов и сверку с накладными, сверка приобретенных товароматериальных ценностей с накладными; Хранение продуктов питания согласно существующим нормам, с целью предотвращения их порчи и потерь. Хранение ТМЦ и инвентаря; Выдачу продуктов питания заведующему производством шеф-повару столовой согласно требованиям. Выдача инвентаря, материалов, инструментов, средств индивидуальной защиты, моющих и чистящих средств обслуживающему персоналу учреждения; Ведение документации учёта поступления и выдачи продуктов питания, товароматериальных ценностей в учреждении;

Заведующий складом должен знать: номенклатура и основные характеристики товарно-материальных ценностей; порядок учета, приемки, выдачи товарно-материальных ценностей; стандарты и технические условия на хранение товарно-материальных ценностей; правила складского учета и составления материальных отчетов движения товарно-материальных ценностей, а также первичных документов; правила поддержания температурно-влажностного режима и других технических условий хранения товарно-материальных ценностей; порядок действий при возникновении возгорания, заливов и других чрезвычайных ситуаций; порядок хранения, списания и учета товарно-материальных ценностей; правила проведения инвентаризации товарно-материальных ценностей; требования к нормируемым запасам товарно-материальных ценностей;
