- точно и своевременно выполнять установленные нормированные задания, все распоряжения бригадира и мастера; - строго выполнять производственные инструкции по ремонту технологическо-го оборудования; - не допускать случаев аварий на рабочем месте, а при возникновении обеспе-чить ее быструю ликвидацию и доложить мастеру или другому руководителю; - поручаемую работу выполнять с надлежащим уровнем качества; - соблюдать правила по технике безопасности, охране труда, пожарной и газо-вой безопасности; - оказывать первую помощь пострадавшим при ожогах, отравлениях, поражени-ях электрическим током и других несчастных случаях с немедленным сообщением о случившемся мастеру или другому руководителю; - устанавливать и разбирать инвентарные леса и подмости высотой до 4-х метров; - бережно и аккуратно относиться к инструменту. Оборудованию и материалам; - соблюдать чистоту и порядок на рабочих местах; - строго соблюдать Правила внутреннего друдового распорядка и пропускного режима.

Должен знать - устройство, конструктивные особенности и назначение ремонтируемого оборудования; - технические условия на ремонт, испытание, регулировку и сдачу ремонтиру-емого оборудования; - устройство грузоподъемных механизмов и правила пользования ими; - основы такелажного дела; - основы сварочного дела, свойства свариваемых металлов; - правила прокладки трубопроводов; - методы ремонта - технологическую последовательность и организацию труда при ремонте оборудования; - правила проверки отремонтированных и собранных узлов и аппаратов; технические условия на все виды материалов, применяемых при ремонте (трубы, профильная сталь, прокладочный, крепежный и др.) и пределы их применения; - правила работы внутри аппаратов, колодцев, лотков, других особо опасных местах, в действующих цехах, товарных парках и технологических установках.
