Требуется Главный специалист правового отдела. Обязанности: Договорная работа: юридическая экспертиза, согласование и сопровождение государственных контрактов по 44-ФЗ; составление, проверка и визирование договоров оказания услуг, аренды, подряда (ГК РФ); Ведение реестра договоров, контроль сроков исполнения обязательств. Претензионно-исковая работа: подготовка и направление претензий контрагентам при нарушении условий договоров; формирование пакетов документов для передачи дел в суд (исковые заявления, отзывы, ходатайства); взаимодействие с судебными приставами по исполнительным производствам; Административная практика: подготовка материалов для привлечения к административной ответственности (протоколы, постановления) в соответствии с КоАП РФ; правовая поддержка при проверках контролирующих органов; анализ судебной практики по профильным спорам. Требования: Высшее профессиональное юридическое образование Юриспруденция . Опыт от 1 года в договорной и претензионной работе (приоритет опыт в бюджетных учреждениях, ЦЗН, соцзащите, казенных предприятиях). Знание законодательства. Свободное владение: 1. Гражданский кодекс РФ (особенно части 1-2, разделы о сделках, обязательствах, договорах); 2. Федеральный закон № 44-ФЗ О контрактной системе. ..; 3. Кодекс РФ об административных правонарушениях ( КоАП РФ ). Продвинутый Excel: Формулы (`ВПР`, `СУММЕСЛИ`), сводные таблицы, работа с большими массивами данных. Опыт работы с СЭД (система электронного документооборота) будет вашим преимуществом. Личные качества: Внимательность к деталям, ответственность, исполнительность, аналитический склад ума, умение работать в условиях сжатых сроков. ​​​ Условия и преимущества: Официальное трудоустройство и полный социальный пакет.
