The posting

Разрабатывает сметную документацию по договорам подряда; Вносит соответствующие уточнения и коррективы в сметно-финансовые расчеты в случае изменения цен и объемов работ; Участвует в определении стоимости ремонтных, монтажных и строительных работ, не предусмотренных утвержденными сметами, а также при замене материалов и оборудования; Согласовывает сметы с подрядными организациями осуществляет контроль за соблюдением ими нормативов, заложенных в сметы расходов, составляет акты выполненных работ; Подготавливает необходимые справки о сметной стоимости работ; Осуществляет проверку сметной документации на строительство объектов, расчет стоимости, учет выполненных работ; Осуществляет составление сметной документации на дополнительные работы; Совместно с представителями субподрядных организаций, согласовывает с проектной организацией и заказчиком сметы, калькуляции стоимости материалов и т. д. Осуществляет проверку формы КС2 у субподрядных организаций; Выполняет отдельные служебные поручения своего непосредственного начальника.

Высшее профильное образование (ПГС, экономика строительства или аналогичное). Опыт работы в сметном деле от 3 лет, опыт руководства отделом — преимущество. Отличное знание нормативной базы (ФЕР, ГЭСН, ТЕР), умение работать в Гранд-Смета, смета ру или аналогичных программах. Практический опыт составления и проверки смет на строительство газопроводов и котельных. Навыки ведения переговоров, умение аргументированно отстаивать позицию компании. Внимательность к деталям, системность, лидерские качества.

Условия: Официальное трудоустройство, стабильная заработная плата. График работы 5/2, рабочий день с 8:00 до 17:00. Работа в офисе компании (на месте работодателя).
