Мы — динамично развивающаяся компания в сфере производства бумажной гигиенической продукции. Расширяем команду и ищем энергичного менеджера по продажам готовой продукции — человека, который поможет нам укрепить позиции на рынке и нарастить объёмы сбыта. Чем предстоит заниматься: развитие отношений с существующей клиентской базой, активный поиск и привлечение новых клиентов; проведение переговоров, согласование условий поставок, заключение договоров, выявление потребностей (объём, плотность, упаковка, сроки), на основе потребностей оперативный расчет стоимость в Excel (с учётом скидок, логистики и минимальных партий); формирование коммерческих предложений и выставление счетов; контроль исполнение договорных обязательств (отгрузка, оплата, логистика); мониторинг дебиторской задолженности и проведение мероприятий по её своевременному взысканию; взаимодействие с производственным отделом по вопросам выполнения заказов: согласование сроков изготовления, уточнение текущих производственных мощностей и графика выпуска партий, контроль соответствия продукции заявленным параметрам (плотность, размер, тип упаковки), оперативное информирование клиента о возможных сдвигах сроков или изменениях в заказе; взаимодействие с логистикой для обеспечения бесперебойных поставок; подготовка отчётов о продажах и аналитика результатов. Что мы ждём от кандидата: опыт работы в продажах — от 2 лет; навыки ведения переговоров и заключения договоров; умение работать с возражениями и находить подход к разным типам клиентов; уверенное владение офисными программами (1С, Excel и т.п.); нацеленность на результат, активность, ответственность и самостоятельность; высшее или среднее специальное образование. Условия: оформление по ТК РФ; оплата отпуска, больничного; график работы 5/2 с 9 до 18 ч; стабильная заработная плата; заработная плата от 90000 руб. (обсуждается индивидуально по результатам собеседования с учетом опыта); стабильный поток входящих заявок — часть клиентской базы уже сформирована; поддержку опытного коллеги и обучение тонкостям продукта; место работы Раменское, ул. 100-й Свирской Дивизии, стр.55/91, бесплатная парковка; корпоративный транспорт от станции Раменское, Фабричная.
