Организация и обеспечение эксплуатации, содержания, технического обслуживания и ремонта систем противопожарной защиты в соответствии с правилами и нормами; Организация и обеспечение эксплуатации, содержания, технического обслуживания и ремонта систем диспетчеризации в соответствии с правилами и нормами; Организация и обеспечение эффективной работы ОЭСПД, безопасных условий труда, обеспечения выполнения мер по охране труда, пожарной безопасности и охране окружающей среды при проведении работ.

Навык организации и обеспечения разработки и исполнения графиков ППР; Навык планирования, организации, обеспечения и контроля проведения мероприятий по проектированию, монтажу, пуско-наладке, содержанию, эксплуатации, обслуживанию, ремонту, испытаниям, демонтажу систем противопожарной защиты (автоматические системы пожарной сигнализации, системы оповещения и управления эвакуацией, автоматические системы пожаротушения: водяного, газового, порошкового), системы дымоудаления и подпора воздуха, вентиляционных противопожарных клапанов, противопожарные системы повышения давления воды); Опыт организации подбора специализированных лицензированных организации для проектирования, монтажа, пуско-наладки, технического обслуживания, ремонта, испытаний СПЗ; Опыт оформления технических заданий и договоров; Обеспечение разработки и реализации графиков ППР по СПЗ, организация сопровождения указанных работ, контроль сроков, качества, объемов выполненных работ (ведение накопительных ведомостей и т.п.), организация приемки выполненных работ, своевременной оплаты иоформления закрывающих документов; Организация разработки и реализации мероприятий по исключению ложныхсрабатываний СПЗ; Разработка и актуализация концепции развития, архитектуры программного уровня и уровня слаботочного оборудования СПЗ; Организация и обеспечение разработки, согласования, выполнения работ и приемки выполненных работ по договорам со специализированными организациями на проектирование, строительно-монтажные и пуско-наладочные работы, техническое обслуживание и ремонт СПЗ; Опыт работы в области эксплуатации автоматических системпротивопожарной защиты, промышленных систем АСУТП, систем диспетчеризации не менее 5 лет; Наличие III группы по электробезопасности.
