В команде крупного бизнеса по работе с предприятиями финансирования недвижимости (стройка, подрядчики) открывается позиция. Мы в поисках сотрудника, который обладает опытом и пониманием работы в данной отрасли. Обязанности продвигать продукты и услуги Сбера клиентам крупнейшего, крупного и среднего бизнес структурировать сделки, готовить материалы и заключения для кредитного комитета защищать вопросы на кредитном комитете Сбера формировать отчетность и работать с клиентской аналитикой участвовать в мониторинге и работать с проблемной задолженностью Требования высшее образование в одном из направлений: финансы, банки, экономика или бухгалтерии опыт привлечения клиентов сегмента крупнейший, крупный или средний бизнес с оборотом компаний не менее 500 млн за год опыт успешно реализованных крупных кредитных сделок (от 300 млн) общетеоретические и практические знания в части бухгалтерского учета и анализа финансовой-хозяйственной деятельности, налогового учета, ценных бумаг, оценки бизнеса знание действующего законодательства РФ в части вопросов, связанных с кредитованием корпоративных клиентов опыт применения ИИ в работе Условия стабильный оклад и премии по результатам работы понятные шаги для карьерного роста поддержка наставника и команды в период адаптации обучение за счет компании: курсы в Виртуальной школе и Корпоративном университете Сбера льготные условия кредитования скидки на продукты Сбера и экосистемы подписка Прайм с возможностью совместного использования на трёх близких ДМС в лучших клиниках города с первого дня для сотрудников и льготное страхование для близких гибкий дисконт по ипотечному кредиту, равный 1/3 ставки ЦБ
