The posting

Типовые и квалификационные испытания – проверка новых, измененных, доработанных изделий, проверка новых материалов, тестирования образцов новых поставщиков на собираемость, пропускную способность. По итогам проверки составляется протокол. Создание образцов арматуры с индивидуальными настройками для ОТК и производителей керамики. Входной контроль – проверка образцов закупаемой продукции (прокладки, винты и т.п.) предоставленных ОТК при каждой приемке товара. (физико-механические испытания, проверка соответствию чертежу) Повышенный контроль проблемных деталей. Ежедневный замер деталей при литье на соответствие чертежу (фановые трубы, выпуски для гибких труб, трапы, пластиковые решетки для трапов, затворы для линейных трапов, обод для фановых труб). Взаимодействие с ОТК и технологом для устранения несоответствия. Работа с рекламациями от физических лиц – общение с покупателем, выяснение причины рекламации, при производственном браке сборка и отправка изделий на замену, ведение отчетности. Введение логистики по лабораторным закупкам – общение с поставщиками, взаимодействие с транспортным отделом по забору продукции. Обслуживание лабораторных стендов. Помощь в диагностике и устранении неполадок в работе стендов или выявления дефектов проверяемых изделий. Разработка механизма для типовых испытаний. Метрология – введение таблицы реестра учета средств измерения. Паспорта - редактирование текста изображений, согласно сравнительного анализа конкурентных паспортов и приобретенного опыта в настройке продукции. Обучение – разработка нового учебного пособия с изменением учебной программы с привлечением специалистов по обучению. Периодическая проверка сифонов, трапов, полуавтоматов, инсталляций. Брак – при обнаружении брака поиск причины возникновения, разработка путей устранения. Взаимодействие с ОТК обучение по журналу повышенного контроля.
