The posting

1). Осуществлять в установленном порядке посредством плановых (внеплановых) ревизий (проверок) контроль и надзор за соблюдением бюджетного законодательства Российской Федерации и иных нормативных правовых актов, регулирующих бюджетные правоотношения, в том числе при исполнении бюджетных полномочий распорядителями и получателями средств республиканского бюджета Республики Алтай, и контроль в сфере закупок товаров, работ, услуг для обеспечения государственных нужд Республики Алтай; 2). Осуществлять в установленном порядке контроль и надзор за достоверностью отчетности при реализации государственных программ в установленной сфере деятельности, в том числе отчетности об исполнении государственных заданий; 3). Осуществлять контроль за соблюдением бюджетного законодательства Российской Федерации иных нормативных правовых актов, регулирующих бюджетные правоотношения, получателями финансовой помощи из республиканского бюджета Республики Алтай, государственных гарантий Республики Алтай, бюджетных кредитов, бюджетных ссуд и бюджетных инвестиций в установленной сфере деятельности; 4). Осуществлять контроль за мерами, принятыми по результатам ревизий и проверок, правоохранительными органами и органами прокуратуры, организациями и учреждениями; 5). Осуществлять контроль за поступлением в установленные сроки информации о выполнении обязательных к рассмотрению представлений и обязательных для исполнения предписаний, за своевременным и полным устранением выявленных финансовых нарушений в финансово-хозяйственной деятельности проверенных организаций, а также возмещением ущерба; 6). Принимать меры по предупреждению, выявлению и пресечению нарушений требований бюджетного законодательства Российской Федерации, иных нормативных правовых актов в установленной сфере деятельности; 7). Проводить мероприятия по предупреждению, выявлению и пресечению нарушений при исполнении бюджетов бюджетной системы Российской Федерации в отношении расходов, связанных с осуществлением закупок для нужд Республики Алтай и достоверности учета таких расходов в соответствии с Бюджетным кодексом Российской Федерации и нормативными правовыми актами Российской Федерации и Республики Алтай;
