Принимает участие в координации мероприятий по формированию и актуализации региональной программы цифровой трансформации Ульяновской области (далее - Программа). Участвует в координации мероприятий направленных на реализацию Программы, координация деятельности участников реализации Программы, обеспечение взаимодействия с федеральными органами исполнительной власти, исполнительными органами Ульяновской области и подведомственными им учреждениями, органами местного самоуправления муниципальных образований Ульяновской области, в целях исполнения мероприятий и проектов Программы. Участвует в координации и мониторинге мероприятий деятельности исполнительных органов Ульяновской области в части выполнения показателей эффективности и результативности заместителей высших должностных лиц (руководителей высших органов исполнительной власти), ответственных за цифровую трансформацию, в том числе в части выполнения плановых значений показателя Цифровая зрелость . Участвует в обеспечении своевременного формирования и направлении отчётности по направлениям деятельности департамента в федеральные органы исполнительной власти. Участвует в разработке проектов локальных нормативных актов учреждения, отнесённых к компетенции департамента. Участвует в организации и проведении тематических недель национального проекта Экономика данных и цифровая трансформация государства . Участвует в обеспечении межведомственного взаимодействия по вопросам, отнесённым к компетенции департамента. Участвует в организации проектной деятельности в части вопросов, отнесённых к компетенции департамента. Участвует в обеспечении организации заседаний, совещаний, конференций, семинаров и иных мероприятий по вопросам, отнесённым к компетенции департамента.
