Чем предстоит заниматься: привлекать новых клиентов и развитие партнерских отношений; проводить деловые переговоры с первыми лицами компаний; разрабатывать и реализовывать стратегии продаж продуктов и услуг для сегментов малого, среднего и микробизнеса; участвовать в формировании ценовой политики, тарифных планов и программ лояльности; осуществлять анализ рынка, мониторинг активности конкурентов и поиск новых перспективных ниш; контролировать выполнение плановых показателей по доходам, объему привлеченных средств и выданных кредитов; обеспечивать высокий уровень клиентского сервиса и контроль за решением конфликтных ситуаций; оценивать и минимизировать риски при кредитовании юридических лиц и индивидуальных предпринимателей; контролировать качество обслуживания долга, управление просроченной задолженностью; участвовать в утверждении бюджетов и составлении бизнес-планов; координировать работы подчиненных подразделений (отделов продаж, клиентских менеджеров, аналитиков); вести внутреннюю отчетность, защищать результаты перед директором / правлением. Вам подойдет вакансия, если у Вас есть: высшее образование; опыт работы в банковской сфере 3 года; опыт работы на руководящей позиции от 2-х лет; опыт работы в направлении продаж и аналитики (малый, средний бизнес).
