Осуществлять выявление и учет граждан пожилого возраста и инвалидов, проживающих на территории обслуживаемой отделением и нуждающихся в обслуживании на дому и социальной помощи. Изучать потребности граждан в различных видах социальных услуг, оказываемых Центром. Вести разъяснительную работу по вопросам социальной поддержки и обслуживания населения. Предоставлять получателям социальных услуг социальные услуги на дому в соответствии с Наименованием и Стандартами социальных услуг, предоставляемых поставщиками социальных услуг в Ставропольском крае, утвержденными постановлением Правительства Ставропольского края от 29 декабря 2014г. № 560-п, а также по заявлению получателей социальных услуг оказывать им дополнительные услуги в порядке, определенном действующим законодательством. Информировать получателей социальных услуг об их правах, обязанностях и ответственности при предоставлении социальных услуг на дому, о порядке и условиях их предоставления. Посещать обслуживаемых получателей социальных услуг в соответствии с утвержденным графиком. Принимать участие в сборе документов при оформлении гражданина на социальное обслуживание на дому и при пересмотре условий социального обслуживания. Вносить предложения заведующему отделением по вопросу улучшения условий жизни и обслуживания получателей социальных услуг. Соблюдать права получателей социальных услуг и граждан при оказании им социальных услуг согласно законодательству Российской Федерации и Ставропольского края. Обеспечивать соблюдение получателями социальных услуг правил внутреннего распорядка для получателей социальных услуг в форме социального обслуживания на дому. Нести личную ответственность за качество предоставляемых клиентам отделения социальных услуг в соответствии со стандартами социальных услуг в форме социального обслуживания на дому. Взаимодействовать с учреждениями образования, здравоохранения, бытового обслуживания и другими организациями и учреждениями в целях наиболее эффективного оказания услуг получателями социальных услуг. Своевременно предупреждать заведующего отделением об изменениях в состоянии здоровья получателей социальных услуг, степени самообслуживания и других факторах, влияющих на порядок и условия предоставления социального обслуживания на дому. Заполнять рабочую документацию в соответствии с рекомендациями по ведению делопроизводства, своевременно вносить изменения, дополнения. Принимать участие в проведении социальных опросов, анкетирования среди получателей социальных услуг отделения, а также пожилых граждан и инвалидов на территории обслуживания с целью изучения потребности в различных видах социальных услуг, оказываемых Центром. Все свои действия согласовывать с заведующим отделением. Обеспечивать сохранность вверенных материальных ценностей и денежных средств. Вести строгий учет денежных средств, поступающих от получателей социальных услуг на различные цели. Совершать денежные операции по их поручению с предоставлением им полного отчета о расходах.
