Управление персоналом . Назначение смен, распределение обязанностей между официантами и барменами, контроль за соблюдением стандартов обслуживания, мотивация персонала, разрешение конфликтных ситуаций внутри коллектива. Встреча гостей и распределение столиков . Организация работы хостес (при наличии), встреча гостей, приветствие, определение потребностей, распределение столиков в соответствии с предпочтениями и размером компании. Контроль за качеством обслуживания . Постоянный мониторинг процесса обслуживания, оперативное реагирование на жалобы и замечания гостей, обеспечение своевременного приёма заказов, подачи блюд и напитков, уборки столов. Работа с жалобами и предложениями гостей . Приём и обработка претензий, поиск оптимальных решений для удовлетворения потребностей гостей, сбор отзывов для улучшения качества обслуживания. Поддержание чистоты и порядка в зале . Контроль за чистотой столов, пола, мебели, декоративных элементов зала, своевременное устранение любых недочётов. Решение оперативных вопросов . Взаимодействие с другими отделами ресторана (кухней, баром), решение возникающих проблем и вопросов, связанных с обслуживанием гостей. Подготовка зала к открытию и закрытию . Проверка готовности зала к приёму гостей, контроль за наличием необходимых материалов и оборудования, проведение инвентаризации, закрытие зала в соответствии с установленными процедурами. Соблюдение стандартов и политик ресторана . Контроль за соблюдением всех стандартов обслуживания, санитарных норм, правил безопасности и других политик ресторана. Участие в обучении персонала . Проведение инструктажей для новых сотрудников, участие в тренингах по повышению квалификации персонала зала.
