Разрабатывать или принимать участие в разработке документов правового характера. Готовить совместно с другими подразделениями предприятия материалы о хищениях, растратах, недостачах и иных правонарушениях для передачи их в суд, следственные и судебные органы, осуществлять учет и хранение находящихся в производстве и законченных исполнением судебных дел. Участвовать в разработке и осуществлении мероприятий по укреплению договорной, финансовой и трудовой дисциплины, обеспечению сохранности имущества предприятия. Проводить изучение и анализ практики заключения и исполнения хозяйственных договоров с целью разработки предложений об устранении выявленных недостатков и улучшении хозяйственно-финансовой деятельности предприятия. В соответствии с установленным порядком оформлять материалы о привлечении работников к дисциплинарной и материальной ответственности. Принимать участие в работе по заключению хозяйственных договоров, проведении их правовой экспертизы, а также рассмотрении вопросов о дебиторской и кредиторской задолженности у судебных приставов. Осуществлять регистрацию и хранение заключенных договоров. Принимать участие в рассмотрении претензий, осуществлять обобщение практики рассмотрения претензий, осуществлять представительство интересов предприятия при рассмотрении дел в суде. Контролировать своевременность представления структурными подразделениями предприятия справок, расчетов, объяснений и других материалов для подготовки ответов на претензии, для подготовки исков в суд. Готовить совместно с другими подразделениями предприятия предложения об изменении действующих или отмене утративших силу приказов и других актов, изданных на предприятии. Вести работу по систематизированному учету и хранению действующих законодательных нормативных актов, готовить справочную документацию на основе применения современных информационных технологий и вычислительных средств. Давать заключения по правовым вопросам, возникающим в деятельности предприятия. Соблюдать требования документов СМК. Соблюдать требования инструкций и правил ОТ, ТБ, ПБ и норм ПС. Осуществлять информирование работников предприятия о действующем законодательстве РК и изменениях в нем, ознакомление должностных лиц предприятия с нормативными правовыми актами, относящимися к их деятельности. Осуществлять иные действия по поручению руководства предприятия. Вести реестр договоров с постоянным его обновлением.
