-осуществляет формирование и реализацию планов коррекционно-развивающей работы с детьми с учетом их индивидуально-психологических особенностей; - проводит психологический мониторинг и анализ эффективности использования методов и средств образовательной деятельности; - консультирует работников учреждения при выборе образовательных технологий с учетом индивидуально-психологических особенностей детей; - оказывает психологическую поддержку педагогическим работникам в проектной деятельности по совершенствованию образовательного процесса; - консультирует работников учреждения по проблемам взаимоотношений в трудовом коллективе и другим профессиональным вопросам; - консультирует кровные семьи, кандидатов в приемные семьи по проблемам взаимоотношений с детьми, их развития, и другим вопросам; - организовывает совместное осуществление работниками учреждения, психолого-педагогической коррекции выявленных в психическом развитии детей, недостатков, нарушений социализации и адаптации; - проводит психологическую диагностику с использованием современных технологий, включая информационные образовательные ресурсы; 9) проводит скрининговые обследования (мониторинг) с целью анализа динамики психического развития, определение лиц, нуждающихся в психологической помощи; - составляет психолого-педагогические заключения по результатам диагностического обследования с целью ориентации педагогических работников, кровные семьи и кандидатов в приемные семьи в проблемах личностного и социального развития детей; - определяет степень нарушений в психическом, личностном и социальном развитии детей, участвует в работе психолого-медико-педагогических комиссий и консилиумов; - знакомит работников учреждения с современными исследованиями в области психологии дошкольного возраста; - знакомит работников учреждения, кровные семьи и кандидатов в приемные семьи с основными условиями психического развития ребенка (в рамках консультирования); - выявляет условия, неблагоприятно влияющие на развитие личности ребенка; - проводит просветительскую работу с кровными семьями и кандидатами в приемные семьи по принятию особенностей развития ребенка; - информирует работников учреждения, кровные семьи и кандидатов в приемные семьи о факторах, препятствующих развитию личности ребенка и о мерах по оказанию им различного вида психологической помощи;
