- Осуществляет приемку в муниципальную собственность имущества на основании соответствующего постановления администрации города. - Проводит государственную регистрацию права муниципальной собственности на объекты недвижимости. - Организует учет и ведет Реестр муниципального имущества, а также осуществляет организацию защиты информации, содержащейся в Реестре, в порядке, установленном действующим законодательством Российской Федерации. - Выявляет бесхозяйное имущество, оформляет право муниципальной собственности на бесхозяйное имущество, находящееся на территории города Шимановска. - На основании доверенности участвует в оформлении прав на выморочное имущество. - Закрепляет муниципальное имущество, необходимое для осуществления деятельности муниципальных учреждений (далее - МУ), на праве хозяйственного ведения или оперативного управления за ними. - Осуществляет контроль за использованием по назначению и сохранностью переданного МУ имущества. - Ведет учет и контролирует исполнение договорных обязательств по договорам возмездного и безвозмездного пользования объектами муниципальной собственности. - Осуществляет контроль за эффективностью использования и сохранностью муниципальной собственности. - Определяет необходимость проведения капитального ремонта и реконструкции муниципального имущества, составляющего муниципальную казну, в пределах компетенции Комитета. - Проводит инвентаризацию и оценку муниципального имущества в установленном порядке. - Разрабатывает программу приватизации муниципального имущества и обеспечивает ее выполнение.
