Планирование и организация работы структурного подразделения ЦЗН (планирование работы отдела и отслеживание выполнения заданий сотрудниками); Контроль деятельности структурного подразделения ЦЗН: Осуществлять текущий контроль за исполнением стандартов по представлению МГП в сфере занятости; Проводить Анализ эффективности и мониторинга корректных действий специалистов на единой цифровой платформе Работа России; Использовать автоматизированные средства контроля состояния баз данных, содержащих сведения о получателях МГП в ЦЗН; Контролировать исполнение контрольных показателей по охвату безработных граждан МГП; Систематизировать и анализировать нормативно-правовую, организационную и технологическую информацию, связанную с оказанием МГП в сфере занятости; Вести деловую переписку и переговоры, устанавливать деловые отношения по вопросам оказания МГП; Выстраивать межличностные взаимоотношения и предотвращать конфликтные ситуации; Мониторинг рынка труда, потребности в кадрах и качества оказываемых МГП: Анализировать и подготавливать проекты ответов на обращения граждан и работодателей по направлениям деятельности подразделения; собирать и обрабатывать статистическую информацию о ситуации на рынке труда; Систематизировать и обобщать информацию, касающуюся деятельности подразделения ЦЗН; Проводить статистический анализ данных мониторинга; Использовать сведения, полученные от федерального учреждения медико-социальной экспертизы, в целях содействия занятости инвалидов; Оказывать МГП по содействию началу осуществления предпринимательской деятельности безработных граждан, включая оказание гражданам, признанным в установленном порядке безработными, и гражданам, признанным в установленном порядке безработными и прошедшим профессиональное обучение или получившим дополнительное профессиональное образование по направлению органов службы занятости, единовременной финансовой помощи при государственной регистрации в качестве индивидуального предпринимателя, государственной регистрации создаваемого юридического лица, государственной регистрации крестьянского (фермерского) хозяйства, постановке на учет физического лица в качестве налогоплательщика налога на профессиональный доход.

Образование Высшее по направлениям: "Социальная работа"; "Педагогика"; "Юриспруденция"; "Экономика". Опыт работы в социальной сфере не менее 3 лет на руководящих должностях; Умение работать в условиях многозадачности, клиентоориентированность, коммуникабельность Уверенное пользование ПК.
