Организация работы сотрудников отделении почтовой связи; Осуществление подбора, обучение и адаптация сотрудников отделения; Управление показателями деятельности отделения; Контроль кассовых операций и движения денежных средств в отделении; Подготовка отчетности отделения; Взаимодействие с органами власти и проверяющими органами в части, касающейся деятельности отделения. Образование Среднее или средне-специальное образование Опыт работы Опыт на руководящей должности не менее 6 месяцев; Плюсом будет опыт работы в банковской, страховой сфере, мобильной рознице или ритейле. Уровень владения ПК/ Специализированными программами Базовый; Знание офисных программ - Word, Ехсеl, умение пользоваться электронной почтой. Профессиональные компетенции Навыки управления персоналом (планирование, организация и контроль работы сотрудников отделения); Навыки подбора, обучения, оценки и развития персонала; Знание и умение работать с показателями эффективности деятельности отделения; Знание стандартов и навыки обслуживания клиентов, продажи продуктов и услуг; Владение кассовыми операциями и кассовой дисциплиной; Навыки организации и контроля производственных процессов; Знание и навыки работы с отчетной документацией; Навыки работы с товарно-материальными ценностями; Знание законодательной базы и ориентация в документации, регламентирующей деятельность; Коммуникативная компетентность (умение вести переговоры, собрания, дисциплинарные беседы, работа с обращениями клиентов, решение конфликтных ситуаций и т.д.)
