осуществляет работу с корреспонденцией, поступающей от федеральных органов власти, органов власти других субъектов РФ, органов местного самоуправления, организаций в формах и порядке, предусмотренных распоряжениями Правительства Тюменской области О порядке рассмотрения корреспонденции, О введении в эксплуатацию системы электронного документооборота и делопроизводства, а также Правилами делопроизводства в Аппарате Губернатора Тюменской области, утвержденными приказом Аппарата Губернатора Тюменской области, инструкциями по применению системы электронного документооборота и делопроизводства, размещенными в СЭД, в том числе: получает посредством СЭД документы, направленные канцелярией управления организационно-контрольной работы Аппарата Губернатора Тюменской области (далее - канцелярия) руководителю; лично получает в канцелярии документы на бумажном носителе, содержащие информацию, доступ к которой ограничен федеральными законами, региональными правовыми актами; проверяет соответствие поступивших от канцелярии документов обязанностям руководителя; готовит проект резолюции руководителя; готовит проекты ответов на корреспонденцию; осуществляет работу с обращениями граждан (письменные и устные обращения); ведет рабочий календарь и календарь памятных дат, дневниковые записи встреч и мероприятий, проводимых руководителем; осуществление иные организационно-технических функций по обеспечению работы руководителя и другие.

Гражданский служащий должен иметь профессиональное образование. Гражданский служащий должен обладать следующими базовыми знаниями и умениями: знанием государственного языка Российской Федерации (русского языка); знанием основ Конституции Российской Федерации, законодательства о государственной гражданской службе и противодействии коррупции, системы федеральных и областных органов государственной власти; знаниями и умениями в области информационно-коммуникационных технологий; умениями, свидетельствующими о наличии необходимых профессиональных и личностных качеств: сбора, анализа и систематизации информации, подготовки официального письма (умение мыслить системно); умением планировать и рационально использовать рабочее время; владения приемами межличностных отношений, недопущения межличностных конфликтов (коммуникативные умения). Главный специалист должен обладать иными профессионально-функциональные знаниями и умениями в соответствии с должностным регламентом.
