The posting

Обеспечивать хозяйственное обслуживание зданий и помещений, поддерживать их в надлежащем состоянии с соблюдением норм безопасности, санитарии и противопожарной защиты. Контролировать исправность оборудования (освещения, систем отопления, вентиляции и т.п.). Участвовать в разработке планов ремонтов (текущих и капитальных), составлять сметы хозяйственных расходов. Организовывать ремонтные работы и следить за их качеством. Обеспечивать структурные подразделения мебелью, хозяйственным инвентарём, следить за их сохранностью и своевременным ремонтом. Оформлять документы для закупок: заключать договоры на услуги, получать и хранить материалы, оборудование, инвентарь, вести учёт и отчётность. Контролировать рациональное расходование материалов и средств. Руководить работами по благоустройству, озеленению и уборке территории. Участвовать в инвентаризациях и ревизиях, связанных с сохранностью имущества. Обеспечивать выполнение противопожарных мероприятий, содержать в исправном состоянии пожарный инвентарь. Следить за санитарным состоянием помещений и территории, организовывать обработку от насекомых и грызунов. Организовывать хранение имущества, обеспечивать его сохранность, вести учёт и составлять отчёты. Своевременно обеспечивать работников канцелярскими принадлежностями, расходными материалами, предметами хозяйственного обихода, спецодеждой, инструментами. Выполнять отдельные служебные поручения руководства.

- Умение определять объём потребностей в ресурсах с учётом бюджета и локальных актов, планировать ремонты, контролировать исполнение задач; - Организация процедур выбора поставщиков, ведение переписки, контроль исполнения условий договоров; - Составление сводных учётных и отчётных документов, материальных отчётов; - Умение грамотно оформлять заявки, договоры, технические заключения; - Уверенное владение компьютерными программами для учёта, систематизации данных, ведения документооборота; - Умение визуально оценивать состояние зданий, помещений, оборудования, систем жизнеобеспечения для планирования ремонтов.
