Заместитель главы администрации города, ответственный за цифровую трансформацию: - разрабатывает, координирует, управляет и отвечает за выполнение документов стратегического планирования; -участвует в согласовании и координирует управление проектами по цифровой трансформации муниципального образования; -координирует деятельность самостоятельных структурных подразделений муниципального образования в части проектов цифровой трансформации; -координирует их взаимодействие по вопросам реализации документов стратегического планирования в области цифровой трансформации и управления изменениями; -обеспечивает интеграцию инициатив и организацию инициирования проектов в сфере цифровой трансформации; -участвует в формировании и согласовании показателей эффективности и результативности цифровой трансформации муниципального образования; -проводит оценку системных технологических рисков выполнения показателей эффективности; -участвует в подготовке предложений о разработке, изменении или отмене (признании утратившими силу) локальных нормативных актов муниципального образования, относящихся к сфере цифровой трансформации и использования информационных технологий; Заместитель главы администрации города непосредственно обеспечивает исполнение полномочий администрации города по обеспечению комплексного социально-экономического развития города в сфере: предупреждения и ликвидации последствий чрезвычайных ситуаций; промышленности, трудовых отношений, в т.ч. в муниципальных учреждениях и предприятиях города; транспорта, муниципальных закупок, потребительского рынка товаров и услуг, предпринимательства, лицензирования, инвестиционной деятельности, реализации национальных проектов внешнеэкономических связей, управления собственностью муниципального образования, социальной поддержки населения, уровня жизни населения предоставления социальных услуг и льгот в рамках компетенции ОМСУ и делегированных действующим федеральным и областным законодательством, реализации проекта Доступная среда на территории муниципального образования цифровой трансформации взаимодействия с участниками специальной военной операции и членами их семей в рамках полномочий и прочие...

Знание: - Конституции РФ, федеральных законов, законов Тамбовской области, необходимых для исполнения должностных полномочий; - Устава Тамбовской области и города Моршанска; - законодательства о муниципальной службе в РФ и Тамбовской области; - основ муниципального управления; - специальные профессиональные знания, необходимые для исполнения должностных обязанностей.
