На позиции есть возможность как вертикального, так и горизонтального роста, а именно переход в другие сферы и сегменты корпоративного бизнеса. Обязанности организация процесса продаж продуктов и услуг, сегмента ответственность за выполнение KPI обеспечение соблюдения моделей и стандартов сервиса сотрудниками обеспечение и контроль мероприятий риск-культуры обеспечение порядка работы с документацией согласно требованиям Банка участие в принятии решения по кредитным заявкам для клиентов ведение переговоров с первыми лицами компаний, проведение совместных встреч с клиентами решение сложных вопросов клиентов и сотрудников формирование и развитие команды наставничество: обучение сотрудников на своем примере. Требования высшее образование (финансы/банки, экономика/бухгалтерия) релевантный опыт работы в должности Начальника сектора продаж клиентам малого бизнеса от 1 года или успешный опыт работы в роли Главного клиентского менеджера в малом бизнесе с опытом замещения руководителя или с наличием статуса преемник опыт руководящей работы от 2 лет успешный опыт продаж банковских продуктов, владение техниками продаж корпоративным клиентам знание продуктовой линейки малого бизнеса знание налогового, бухгалтерского учета и финансово-хозяйственной деятельности компании умение управлять результатом и брать на себя ответственность готовность к проведению выездных встреч на территории клиента совместно с менеджерами опыт работы с ИИ-инструментами.
