оформление справок и выписок; формирование запросов в Росреестр о получении выписок из ЕГРН\справок о переходе прав по жилым помещениям должников, получение справок, анализ и внесение изменений в лицевые счета; анализ дебиторской задолженности на лицевых счетах потребителей- физ. лиц; внесение изменений в лицевые счета на основании документов и осуществление перерасчётов за потребленные услуги в рамках действующего законодательства; подготовка справок-расшифровок о задолженности для взыскания в суде и пакетов документов- приложений к заявлениям о выдаче судебного приказа в соответствии с установленным планом; оформление соглашений о реструктуризации задолженности с потребителями- физ. лицами; внесение сведений о подготовленных заявлениях о выдаче судебного приказа в биллинговую систему предприятия; внесение информации из полученных судебных приказов в лицевые счета абонентов.

высшее\среднее специальное образование (экономика, бух. учет и отчетность); уверенный пользователь ПК; знание программ Майкрософт Офис (выше среднего), навыки в массовой обработке информации с использованием Excel; опыт работы в программе 1С (желательно); грамотная устная и письменная речь; владение навыками ведения деловой переписки; способность усвоения большого объема информации (нормативная база).
