The posting

Уход и наблюдение за больными в соответствии с принципами медицинской деонтологии. Выполнение назначений лечащего и дежурного врача. Организация обследования больных, в том числе контроль выполнения правил подготовки к ним и транспортировка пациентов в диагностические кабинеты, к врачам-консультантам и в лабораторию. Наблюдение за состоянием пациентов, характером их сна и особенностями физиологических отправлений. В случае выявления неблагоприятных изменений сестра докладывает об этом лечащему врачу. Участие во врачебных обходах в закреплённых палатах, информирование врача о состоянии пациентов, запись в листы назначений изменений лечения. Санитарно-гигиеническое обслуживание тяжелобольных и физически ослабленных пациентов (кормление, туалет ротовой полости, глаз, носа, ушей, помощь при осуществлении физиологических отправлений и др.). Приём и размещение вновь поступивших больных в палаты, проверка качества проведённой в приёмном отделении санитарной обработки. Проверка передач больным от родственников с целью предотвращения приёма противопоказанных им напитков и продуктов питания. Контроль санитарного состояния закреплённых за собой палат, регулярности проведения влажной уборки, проветривания и кварцевания. Контроль соблюдения больными режима и особенностей питания согласно назначенной им диете. Контроль приёма больными выданных им лекарств. Забор материала для исследований (крови, мокроты, кала, мочи) и обеспечение своевременной его доставки в лабораторию, контроль поступления результатов. Ведение и оформление всей необходимой учётной документации.
