The posting

Консультирование покупателей. Нужно разбираться в ассортименте: знать особенности разных удилищ, катушек, приманок, лесок, крючков, экипировки. Помогать клиенту выбрать товар, исходя из условий ловли (река, озеро, зимняя рыбалка), рассказывать о назначении, плюсах и минусах. Работа с кассой. Подсчёт стоимости покупки, выдача чека, участие в инкассации. Выкладка товара и поддержание порядка в зале. Размещать товары так, чтобы покупателям было удобно их рассматривать. Следить, чтобы на полках не было пустот: если какой-то позиции нет, нужно сразу заменить её другой. Приёмка товара. Сверять поступившую партию с накладной: проверять наименование, количество, комплектность, сортность, цену, соответствие маркировки. Предпродажная подготовка. Распаковывать товар, проверять его качество (например, целостность упаковки, состояние лески), при необходимости упаковывать для покупателя. Контроль наличия и сроков. Следить, чтобы нужный товар был в наличии, а также проверять сроки годности (если они есть) и актуальность ценников. Решение вопросов. Помогать с обменом или возвратом товара, если он не подошёл покупателю. В сложных или конфликтных ситуациях корректно взаимодействовать с администрацией. Участие в инвентаризации. Помогать проводить подсчёт товаров, сверять фактические остатки с учётными. Поддержание чистоты на рабочем месте и в торговом зале. Выполняет иные поручения непосредственного руководителя в рамках трудовой функции и квалификации работника, не противоречащие законодательству.

Работа с кассой. Подсчёт стоимости покупки, выдача чека, участие в инкассации.
