The posting

Обеспечение выполнения сменных заданий по запланированному выпуску продукции требуемого уровня качества. Оперативное выявление и устранение причин нарушения технологии производства средств защиты растений. Участие в анализе результатов производственной деятельности участка, причин, вызывающих простои оборудования и снижения качества продукции, разработке и внедрении мероприятий по устранению недостатков. Контроль выполнения подчиненными работниками технологии производства средств защиты растений, требований охраны труда, санитарной, экологической, промышленной и пожарной безопасности. Предоставление установленной сменной документации. Управление сменой в составе из 23-х человек.

Необходимые знания и навыки: - Желателен опыт работы мастером участка на производстве пестицидов. Необходимо разбираться: - в эксплуатации производственного оборудования; - в планировании выпуска продукции и расчёте затрат; - в трудовом законодательстве и правилах тарификации; - в охране труда и экологических нормах. Важно уметь применять эти знания на практике для управления участком. Требования: Знание программ MO Word, MO Excel, MO Power Point. Дополнительные требования: - Не менее 2 лет на руководящей должности в хим/агрохимпроизводстве (желательно); - Умение читать техдокументацию (схемы, регламенты, паспорта оборудования); - Навык контроля качества сырья и готовой продукции; - Опыт работы с реакторами, смесителями, фильтрами, насосами; - Навыки составления отчётности (сменные задания, расход сырья, брак); - Опыт внедрения бережливого производства (5S, Kaizen) (желательно), готовность к сменному графику.
