The posting

Осуществляет общее руководство всеми направлениями деятельности лагеря в рамках законодательства и внутреннего Положения. Планирует работу: совместно с воспитателями составляет план на смену, подводит итоги, составляет графики выхода сотрудников. Координирует работу педагогического коллектива (воспитатели, вожатые, музыкальные работники, инструкторы по физкультуре), оказывает методическую помощь в разработке программ и сценариев. Подбирает методические материалы для мероприятий. Контролирует соблюдение санитарно-эпидемиологических требований. Обеспечивает наличие и своевременное пополнение аптечек для оказания первой помощи. Проводит инструктажи для сотрудников по охране труда, технике безопасности, производственной санитарии, противопожарной и антитеррористической безопасности с обязательной регистрацией в журналах. Контролирует соблюдение правил безопасности детьми. Участвует в расследовании несчастных случаев с детьми или работниками. При инциденте оперативно извещает руководство, оказывает первую помощь и при необходимости организует транспортировку в медицинское учреждение. Организует реализацию образовательно-оздоровительных программ и контролирует их выполнение. Систематически контролирует качество воспитательной работы: посещает мероприятия, анализирует их форму и содержание, обсуждает результаты с педагогами. Проводит просветительскую работу с родителями: принимает их, информирует о деятельности лагеря. Участвует в комплектовании лагеря, принимает меры для сохранения контингента. Участвует в подборе и расстановке кадров. Издаёт приказы и даёт обязательные распоряжения в пределах своей компетенции. Обеспечивает своевременное составление отчётной документации. Взаимодействует с внешними организациями, привлекает их к совместной работе.

Соискатель должен обладать следующими умениями и навыками: Стратегическое мышление. Умение определять приоритетные направления развития лагеря, ставить цели и формировать систему показателей для их достижения. Планирование. Разработка текущих и перспективных планов, прогнозных балансов и бюджетов. Работа с документами. Разработка локальных нормативных актов (должностные инструкции, правила внутреннего распорядка и т.п.). Контроль. Мониторинг работы структурных подразделений, оценка эффективности сотрудников, выявление и устранение узких мест . Использование ИТ. Применение информационных технологий (включая интернет) для планирования и отчётности. Принятие решений. Выработка вариантов решений и оценка связанных с ними рисков.
