Разработка и реализация бренд‑стратегии: определение позиционирования, ключевых сообщений, долгосрочных целей по узнаваемости и доле рынка. Управление продуктовым портфелем: участие в формировании линейки техники, анализ жизненного цикла моделей, планирование обновлений и снятий с производства. Маркетинговые коммуникации: подготовка рекламных и PR‑материалов, работа с контентом (технические статьи, кейсы, видео), наполнение сайта и соцсетей. Поддержка дилерской сети: создание бренд‑бука, шаблонов презентаций и коммерческих предложений, обучение менеджеров и технических специалистов дилеров. Участие в выставках и отраслевых мероприятиях: организация стендов, демонстраций техники, тест‑драйвов, проведение семинаров и мастер‑классов. Работа с отзывами и репутацией: мониторинг упоминаний бренда, разбор претензий, формирование ответов на возражения, управление имиджем в отраслевых медиа. Анализ рынка и конкурентов: отслеживание трендов, цен, новых технологий, изменений в законодательстве и стандартах, оценка сильных и слабых сторон конкурентов. Взаимодействие с производством: передача обратной связи от клиентов, формирование требований к новым моделям, согласование сроков вывода новинок.

Промышленное оборудование и ТОиР: навыки планово‑предупредительного обслуживания (ППР), знание RCM (Reliability‑Centered Maintenance), умение анализировать причины отказов и снижать MTTR (среднее время восстановления). Автотранспорт: знание регламентов ТО ИТ‑инфраструктура и ЦОД: навыки обслуживания серверного и сетевого оборудования, систем охлаждения, ИБП, понимание SLA и инцидент‑менеджмента. Энергетика и коммунальные системы: обязательны группы по электробезопасности, знание ПУЭ, ПТЭЭП, навыки работы с высоковольтным оборудованием и релейной защитой.
