The posting

Разработка технологических процессов (материальное нормирование, разработка пооперационного технологического процесса, трудовое нормирование) изготовления деталей. Обеспечение технологического сопровождения цеха механической обработки (токарные, фрезерные станки с ЧПУ) выбор режимов и способов обработки, составление технологических карт, карт наладки, подбор инструмента и заготовок; Подбор оборудования, оснастки, металлорежущего, измерительного инструмента для изготовления деталей. Наладка станков с ЧПУ токарно-фрезерной группы, запуск в производство новых изделий. Проверка КД на технологичность в условиях имеющегося производства. Анализ и внедрение новых видов оборудования; Контроль соблюдения технологической дисциплины на механическом участке и правильности эксплуатации технологического оборудования; Анализ причин брака и выпуска продукции низкого качества, участие в разработке мероприятий по их предупреждению и устранению. Консультации рабочего персонала по технологии изготовления изделий. Оптимизация технологический процессов производства. Сопровождение и контроль изготовления изделий. Определение объемов используемого инструмента, сырья и материалов, ежемесячный анализ фактического расхода, принятие мер по экономии и своевременному пополнению запасов; Разработка и поддержание в рабочем состоянии технологической документации.

Высшее образование Опыт работы не менее трех лет Высшее образование по направлению технологии машиностроения, механообработки; Опыт работы в должности Инженера-технолога по металлообработке (токарные/фрезерные/ станки с ЧПУ) не менее 3х лет; Знание конструкции, принципов работы, поддержания в рабочем состоянии технологического оборудования; Опыт нормирования технологических операций; Опыт проведения контроля технологической дисциплины (аудит тех. процессов на производстве). Знание металлообрабатывающих станков с ЧПУ, принципов их работы и инструмента. Знание процессов обработки резанием, режимов резания. Образование высшее техническое. Умение работать с конструкторской документацией. Базовые знания создания и отладки сложных управляющих программ. Уверенный пользователь ПК и офисного пакета программ. Написание программ для ЧПУ станков будет преимуществом для Вас. Технический английский приветствуется. Личностные качества: ответственность, аналитическое мышление, технические способности, готовность к большому объему информации, высокий уровень самодисциплины, способность к обучению, саморазвитие, коммуникабельность. Оформление по ТК РФ. Стабильная заработная плата, выплаты 2 раза в месяц, ежегодный оплачиваемый отпуск, ежегодная индексация заработной платы. Безопасные условия труда: выдача спецодежды и индивидуальных средств защиты. Предполагается возможность сверхурочной работы. Уровень заработной платы, обсуждается индивидуально с каждым успешным кандидатом.
