Осуществляет расчет исходных данных для формирования муниципальных заданий образовательным учреждениям; совместно с руководителями учреждений составляет планы финансово-хозяйственной деятельности, а также своевременно вносит изменения в план финансово-хозяйственной деятельности; участвует в составлении кассового плана исполнения средств субвенций из окружного бюджета, в части касающейся компетенции группы по расчетам; готовит информацию для формирования докладных записок об изменении росписи расходов городского и окружного бюджетов, с приложением экономического анализа и мотивированных обоснований, в сроки и по форме установленные приказами департамента финансов Администрации МО г. Салехард и департамента образования ЯНАО; осуществляет санкционирование расходов в разрезе видов расходов и видов доходов; осуществляет анализ исполнения плана финансово-хозяйственной деятельности; проверяет платежные документы (счета, договоры), поступившие от поставщиков, подрядчиков, предусмотренные планом финансово-хозяйственной деятельности, отражая расходы по соответствующему коду бюджетной классификации; осуществляет контроль за своевременным и целевым расходованием средств, выделенных на выполнение муниципального задания в части расчетов с поставщиками, подрядчиками, уплаты налогов; формирует плана-графика закупок с последующим предоставлением в образовательные организации, согласование заявок на определение поставщиков (подрядчиков, исполнителей) путем проведения открытого аукциона в электронной форме, запроса котировок, открытого конкурса; осуществляет расчет стоимости оказания услуг по дополнительным образовательным программам, реализуемым за счет средств физических и (или) юридических лиц по договорам об оказании платных образовательных услуг; осуществляет расчет норм расхода материалов на нужды образовательной организации для учета расходования потребления хозяйственных средств, а также топлив и смазочных материалов; составляет отчет о результатах деятельности образовательных учреждений с пояснительной запиской; готовит периодическую статистическую отчетность с последующим направлением посредством системы Контур Экстерн и единовременные отчеты по утвержденным формам и в установленные сроки; совместно с централизованной бухгалтерией Дирекции составляет бухгалтерскую отчетность, входящую в компетенцию группы; проводит разного рода экономические анализы, входящие в компетенцию группы; готовит заявки на перечисление субсидий образовательным учреждениям и др.
