3.1.Анализирует-своевременность, правильность и эффективность расходования финансовых иматериальных средств, выделенных на хозяйственные нужды;-состояние материально-технической базы Школы-результаты работы МОП3.2.Прогнозирует:-тенденции изменения ситуации финансовой политики в образовании длякорректировки стратегии материально- технической базы Школы;-последствия запланированной работы по совершенствованию и развитиюматериально- технической базы Школы;3.3.Планирует и организует:-текущие и перспективное планирование деятельности коллектива младшегоперсонала-разработку необходимой документации-осуществление систематического контроля за качество работы МОП.-работу по благоустройству, озеленению и уборке территории.-работу по подготовке к проведению экзаменов и других мероприятий,проводимых в школе.-мероприятия по оснащению учебных кабинетов и других помещенийсовременным оборудованием, наглядным пособием-работу по соблюдению в образовательном процессе норм противопожарнойбезопасности.-с участием заместителя директора по учебно-методической работесвоевременное проведение паспортизации учебных кабинетов, мастерских,спортзала а также подсобных помещений;-составление на основе полученных от медицинского учреждения материаловсписков лиц младшего обслуживающего персонала, подлежащих периодическиммедицинским осмотрам с указанием фактора, по которому установленанеобходимость проведения периодического медицинского осмотра;-работу материально ответственных лиц по своевременному списаниюматериальных средств.3.4.Координирует:-разработку необходимой хозяйственной документации;-работу МОП Школы и представителей сторонних организаций, выполняющихработу по ремонту материально-техническому оснащению Школы.3.5.Руководит:-работой по благоустройству, озеленению и уборке территории.-работой МОП;-осуществлением системы стимулирования работы МОП;3.6.Контролирует:-качество работы МОП;-рациональное расходование материальных средств;-безопасность использования в образовательном процессе оборудования,приборов, технических и наглядных средств обучения;-качество и своевременность выполнение договорных работ по ремонту,техническому обслуживанию и материально-техническому оснащению Школы;-совместно с бухгалтерией своевременное и правильное списание материальныхсредств;3.7.Корректирует:-ход выполнения работ по ремонту, обслуживанию и оснащению Школы;3.8.Разрабатывает:-нормативную документацию по противопожарной безопасности;3.9.Обеспечивает:-своевременное и правильное заключение необходимых хозяйственныхдоговоров на техническое обслуживание, оснащение, ремонт;-своевременное и правильное оформление счетов на приобретение материальнотехнических средств и оборудование и их получение;-своевременное приобретение канцтоваров, расходных материалов, моющих
