Составление, оформление, контроль и формирование исполнительной документации, включая акты освидетельствования скрытых работ, актов входного контроля, актов ответственных конструкций согласно регламентных требований заказчика, действующих законодательных документов РФ, ПОС, ПСД, НТД, ППР;; Работа с технической документацией; Проверка соответствия выполняемых работ, объемам СМР предусмотренным рабочей документацией; Чтение проектно-сметной документации по разделам проектов. Составление ППР, технологических карт, заказов, заявок, схем, ведение отчетности; Составление и согласование тех. карт на отдельные виды работ; Проверка получаемой от Заказчика проектно-сметной и рабочей документации; Разработка и анализ графиков выполнения строительно-монтажных работ; Ежемесячное формирование плана производства работ и анализ выполнения плана предыдущего месяца; Контроль и согласование сроков и объемов строительно-монтажных работ выполненными субподрядными организациями;

Высшее строительное или техническое строительное образование Опыт составления, оформления и формирования исполнительной документации. Знание СНИП, действующих стандартов, технических условий, положений и инструкций по составлению и оформлению ТД; Знания и навыки работы в программе AutoCAD, Office; Чтение проектно-сметной документации по разделам проектов.
